In my case, I had to learn to set boundaries between my work and personal life, establish a daily routine that worked for me, and communicate effectively with my remote team. Without the clear structure and routine of an office environment, it's easy to lose track of time, get distracted by household chores, or simply lack motivation. However, what I soon realized was that working remotely also requires a lot of discipline, focus, and organization. And to be fair, there are some aspects of remote work that do offer those benefits. I thought that working from home meant more free time, more flexibility, and less stress. I have worked remotely for slightly more than one year now and before I started, I have always had this mindset of staying at home, working, eating when I want and avoiding traffic □□.
